Job summary

TGT GLOBAL is hiring a Purchasing Officer to drive inventory and pricing control in a fast-paced retail/distribution setting. You will manage orders, coordinate with warehouses, and ensure accurate supplier invoicing while delivering excellent service.

You will also handle vendor negotiations, stock replenishment, and monthly performance reporting to support quarterly KPIs. Onsite in BGC with day shifts, this role stresses accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer in a retail or distribution environment.
• Strong budgeting and cost analysis background.
• Familiarity with business planning and budget management.
• Experience in purchasing or admin support.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, dayshift.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & pricing management: manage orders, stock, ETAs and pricing within guidelines.
• Sales support: provide ETA updates, suggest product alternatives, maintain listings.
• Supplier management: negotiate pricing, follow up on deliveries, process supplier invoices.
• Reporting & coordination: monthly supplier performance, KPI reports, weekly delay updates.
