Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Officer to lead strategic sourcing from needs assessment to supplier selection. The role emphasizes cost-effective purchasing, vendor relationship management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will monitor stock levels, conduct market research, negotiate favorable terms, and prepare professional reports. On-site work in Bagumbayan, Taguig from Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement; manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of RFP processes, vendor and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Create internal database with order details (date, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
• Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices.
• Prepare cost analysis.
• Maintain updated records of PO, invoices, and contracts.

Job description

The Procurement Officer oversees the entire strategic sourcing process, from start to finish, including purchasing, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. Their role involves acquiring supplies and services of high quality and cost-effectiveness for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any relevant field.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Purchasing/ Procurement is required for this position, coming from Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Knowledgeable of general procurement practices including RFP processes, vendor, and contract management
• Experience in importing/sourcing from international suppliers is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication and persuasive skills, with a good sense for appropriate communication across all levels of an organization
• Ability to think and operate strategically and manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously
• Ability to prepare professional quality reports, analytical documents, and business cases
• Must be willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Taguig, Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m
