Job summary

TRI-FUSION PRECISION CORPORATION in Cebu City is seeking a Purchasing Staff to manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services needed for daily operations. The role focuses on cost-effective, timely purchases that meet quality standards.

Duties include processing POs, sourcing suppliers, coordinating orders and deliveries, monitoring inventory, inspecting deliveries, maintaining records, and collaborating with accounting. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• With or without experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required items.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure continuous supply of materials.
• Inspect and verify delivered items based on specifications and quantity.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database.
• Coordinate with internal departments and accounting for smooth transactions.
• Resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or damaged deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
