Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage data for Purchasing, Inventory, IT, and Accounting.
• Provide daily updates on all purchasing activities.
• Update the detailed list of purchases daily.
• Maintain records of purchasing transactions, invoices and supplier information.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Assist in developing supplier databases and procurement documentation.
• Support the preparation of purchasing reports and metrics; ensure compliance with policies.
