Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in Calibutbut, Bacolor, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements.
• Source and research potential suppliers and vendors.
• Process and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update procurement records (dates, suppliers, quantities, prices, discounts).
• Conduct market research to monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate competitive prices and terms.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Head.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, and procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order status, changes, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure delivered materials are complete and in good condition.
