Job summary

One Spring Trading Corp. is seeking a Fresh Graduate or Student for a full-time on-site purchasing role in Caloocan.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field is required, with at least 1 year in purchasing or a related role; fresh graduates may apply. Responsibilities include updating databases, monitoring stock, tracking orders, and negotiating with vendors, while maintaining accurate invoices and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any related course
• With at least 1 year experience in purchasing or relevant role (Fresh graduates may also apply)

Responsibilities

• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
