Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Procurement Specialist – Operations to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay activities, ensuring data integrity during system transitions and delivering procurement strategies that support profitability and growth.

You will support both Direct and Indirect Procurement, onboarding vendors, managing contracts, resolving invoice discrepancies, and enabling smooth system migrations with strong governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Has a degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain related.
• Experience in Procurement / Supply Chain in FMCG or large complex org.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay and procurement data.
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• High attention to details and data accuracy.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.

The role

Magnum RFM Ice Cream (Selecta) is the leading Ice Cream player in the Philippines.

The Procurement Specialist – Operations will be responsible for executing and supporting end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) transactional activities, ensuring operational continuity and data integrity during system transition projects.

The role will be instrumental in the delivery of Procurement strategies aligned with BU strategy & agenda, delivering profitability & growth through competitive buying, driving resiliency and savings, and ensuring superior service and products by building strong partnership governance with our suppliers.

The role supports both Direct and Indirect Procurement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Source to Pay Transactional Operations

• Vendor onboarding
• Contract creation and maintenance – Ensure compliance with procurement controls
• Invoice issues resolution – Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve transaction discrepancies

Invoice & Payment Resolution

• Investigate and resolve invoice mismatches
• Coordinate w/ internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies (i.e Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance etc)
• Ensure adherence to payment term timelines as per procurement policies

System Transition Support

• Support E2E data migration related to Procurement systems and masterdata from legacy to new S2P Platforms incl: Contracts, PO, Vendor masterdata, Invoices
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for migration
• Assist in data cleansing activities as part of transformation initiatives
• Work closely w/ project teams to ensure smooth system cutover and minimal business disruption

Project Support

• Supplier Business waste cleanup

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain related
• Has experience in Procurement / Supply Chain role and can operate confidently in a FMCG industry or in a large complex organization with strong portfolio and market expertise
• Has strong understanding of Source to Pay process & experience with Procurement data
• Brings strong people and stakeholder management skills
• Has excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Has high attention to details and data accuracy
• Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working
• Is amenable for a fixed‑term contract of one (1) year
