Magnum Ice Cream Co. Philippines is seeking a Procurement Specialist – Operations on a fixed-term contract to support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes during system transitions.

You will manage vendor onboarding, contract setup, invoice resolution, data migration support, and collaboration with Planning, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely payments and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, finance or supply chain required.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes and procurement data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay transactional operations (vendor onboarding, contract creation and maintenance).
