Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Philippines seeks a Procurement Specialist – Operations to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay transactions, onboarding of vendors, and contract maintenance while ensuring data integrity during system transitions.

You will support data migration from legacy to new S2P platforms and collaborate with planning, logistics, quality and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and enable seamless procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Procurement / Supply Chain in FMCG or large org.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay and procurement data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills.
• High attention to details and data accuracy.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving evolving organisation.
• Values collaboration and low-ego ways of working.
• Amenable for a fixed-term contract of one year.

Responsibilities

• Source to Pay Transactional Operations.
• Vendor onboarding.
• Contract creation and maintenance with procurement controls.
• Invoice resolution with stakeholders.
• System Transition Support and data migration activities.
• Data cleansing during transformation initiatives.
