Job summary

INOVUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer / Purchasing Staff to support construction and semiconductor projects. You will source suppliers, secure quotations, process orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years in Purchasing or Procurement and strong negotiation, communication, and Excel skills. Experience in construction and related industries is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, MEPF, or semiconductor sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for projects and operations.
• Prepare and process PRs, RFQs, POs, and related procurement docs.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineering, warehouse, and finance.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
