Job summary

Thermovar Pipes Sales and Services is seeking a procurement professional to manage local procurement from purchase order entry through post-entry, ensuring goods arrive at the right time and place. You will build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and accounts payable teams to monitor pricing and delivery schedules.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering or related field, at least one year of procurement experience in a construction or engineering firm, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or any course.
• At least 1 year of procurement experience in construction or engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with integrity and promptness.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all local procurement duties from PO entry to post entry by maintaining good relations with vendors and accounts payable.
• Monitors pricing and delivery schedules to ensure on-time purchases and delivery.
