Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in the Philippines seeks a site-based Procure to Pay professional focused on casting materials and logistics. You will support the Global Supply Chain objectives, drive cost reductions, and ensure timely supplier commitments to meet customer promises.

Key requirements include 2+ years in Casting/Pattern roles, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with SAP/Oracle. Travel occasionally and a technical background are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with supply chain focus preferred.
• Experience in Casting/Pattern roles is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Spanish communications are expected.
• Proven experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction in line with annual targets.
• Support forecast owners to meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Ensure timely production by dates and supplier promises.
• Convert material demand into POs quickly with accurate data.
• Manage ERP PO exceptions to optimize inventory and concessions.
• Comply with Flowserve Safety, Integrity & Ethics policies.
• Adhere to Flowserve Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Job Description:

Role Summary:

Focus on and manage core site-based Procurement to Pay Casting related activities to meet operational objectives and provide outstanding service levels while achieving lowest total cost of acquisition for direct material, indirect goods, services and logistics.

Be an integral part of site operational supply chain team helping on execute strategies and objectives set forth by the Global Supply Chain team (GSC).

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Cost Reduction: in line with the departmental or functional annual targets
• Support Forecast owners meet or exceed monthly/quarterly goals
• Timely delivery: ensure production need by dates and supplier promise dates meet operational requirements to achieve customer promise dates.
• Accurate Purchase Requisition Conversion: quick turnaround time to convert material demand into Purchase Orders to ensure sufficient time and accurate information is provided to suppliers for manufacturing
• Purchase Order Management: manage the exception messages generated from the ERP system to support optimum levels of inventory, revision changes, cancellations, PO confirmations, supporting the closure of supplier concessions and deviations
• At all times comply with Flowserve Safety, Integrity & Ethics procedures/policies
• Compliance with ALL Flowserve Supply Chain policies & procedures
