Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, healthcare, or dining operations preferred.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing of food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and other materials required for our hospital dining operations. This role will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely purchasing, competitive pricing, and uninterrupted supply.

Thisposition is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - Monday to Friday,08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
