Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our hybrid night-shift team. You will be the primary liaison for IT procurement inquiries, hardware proposals, and order updates with international clients, negotiating pricing and coordinating deliveries.

Ideal candidates bring senior-level English, proven client-facing experience, IT procurement know-how, and strong vendor management skills while maintaining meticulous organizational habits and a customer-first

Qualifications

• Senior-level English fluency with professional client-facing communication.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or client success role with international clients.
• Prior IT procurement experience including hardware, cloud licenses, or MSP operations.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills to optimize pricing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for IT procurement inquiries and orders.
• Present hardware quotes, software licensing options, and SaaS terms to international clients.
• Build and manage relationships with IT distributors and vendors to negotiate pricing.
• Execute order processing, track shipping, and communicate ETAs and tracking numbers.
• Oversee PO verification, invoice processing, RMAs, and warranty replacements.

Your Role:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will:

• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for IT procurement inquiries, hardware proposals, and order updates.
• Present hardware quotes, software licensing options, and SaaS renewal terms directly to international clients with clarity and professionalism.
• Build and manage relationships with IT distributors and vendors to negotiate competitive pricing, establish markups, and secure product availability.
• Execute hardware order processing, track shipping logistics, and manage proactive communication regarding ETAs, back-orders, and tracking numbers.
• Oversee procurement financial alignment, purchase order verification, invoice processing, RMA returns, and warranty replacements.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Senior-level, top-tier English fluency (both written and verbal) with an articulate, confident, and professional client-facing communication style.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or client success role, with comfort speaking directly with international clients on live calls and emails.
• Prior experience in IT procurement, hardware sourcing, cloud licensing (e.g., Microsoft 365, SaaS), or MSP procurement operations.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to control markups and search for optimal pricing options.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset to manage multiple supplier timelines gracefully.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing RMA returns, hardware repairs, and vendor warranty claims.
• Familiarity with cloud subscription management and SaaS renewal workflows.
• Strong background in invoice processing, purchase order (PO) tracking, and budget verification.
• Proven track record of handling client‑facing order logistics for U.S. or international business operations.
