Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City, seeks a Procurement Specialist for a hybrid night-shift role handling IT procurement inquiries, hardware proposals, and order updates for international clients.

You will negotiate with distributors, manage quotes and licenses, track orders, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with vendors and finance teams. The role demands strong English communication and meticulous PO/invoice management.

Qualifications

• Senior-level English fluency with professional client-facing communication.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with international clients on live calls and emails.
• Experience in IT procurement, hardware sourcing, cloud licensing or MSP procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing point for IT procurement inquiries, hardware proposals, and order updates.
• Present hardware quotes, software licensing options, and SaaS renewal terms to international clients.
• Build and manage relationships with IT distributors and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure product availability.
• Execute hardware order processing, track shipping logistics, and communicate ETAs, back-orders, and tracking numbers.
• Oversee procurement financials: PO verification, invoice processing, RMAs, and warranty replacements.

Your Role

• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for IT procurement inquiries, hardware proposals, and order updates.
• Present hardware quotes, software licensing options, and SaaS renewal terms directly to international clients with clarity and professionalism.
• Build and manage relationships with IT distributors and vendors to negotiate competitive pricing, establish markups, and secure product availability.
• Execute hardware order processing, track shipping logistics, and manage proactive communication regarding ETAs, back-orders, and tracking numbers.
• Oversee procurement financial alignment, purchase order verification, invoice processing, RMA returns, and warranty replacements.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Senior-level, top-tier English fluency (both written and verbal) with an articulate, confident, and professional client-facing communication style.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or client success role, with comfort speaking directly with international clients on live calls and emails.
• Prior experience in IT procurement, hardware sourcing, cloud licensing (e.g., Microsoft 365, SaaS), or MSP procurement operations.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to control markups and search for optimal pricing options.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset to manage multiple supplier timelines gracefully.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment.
• Hands-on experience managing RMA returns, hardware repairs, and vendor warranty claims.
• Familiarity with cloud subscription management and SaaS renewal workflows.
• Strong background in invoice processing, purchase order (PO) tracking, and budget verification.
• Proven track record of handling client-facing order logistics for U.S. or international business operations.
