Job summary

Zimmo Outsource Solutions, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to source, purchase, and manage goods and services for the company. The candidate will compare suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure timely, cost-efficient procurement aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, or similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in supplier management, sales account management, purchasing, or financial analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, supplies, equipment, and services needed by the company.
• Compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules from different suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stocks.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, accounting, and project teams regarding purchasing needs.
• Ensure purchased items meet company specifications and quality standards.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Research new suppliers and alternative materials to reduce costs.
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and budget limitations.
