Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage and monitor subcontractor performance, compliance, and project deliverables in coordination with the project and operations teams.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, price lists, supplier databases, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse) to ensure alignment of procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Conduct regular market research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors and ensure competitiveness in pricing and quality.
• Review and verify billing, delivery receipts, and supporting documents from suppliers and subcontractors prior to endorsement for payment.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, ethical standards, and client requirements.
• Support project logistics, inventory control, and material tracking as needed.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
