Job summary

Maison 21G is seeking a hands-on Sourcing & Procurement Executive in the Philippines to source materials, packaging, and finished products while driving cost efficiency and reliable supplier partnerships.

You will identify local and overseas suppliers (primarily China and Southeast Asia), request quotations, compare pricing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers (China experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Source and procure materials, packaging, and finished goods (e.g. bottles, boxes, components).
• Identify and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas (mainly China and Southeast Asia).
• Request quotations, compare pricing, and support negotiations.

• Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up on production.
• Maintain supplier database, documentation, and purchase records.
• Support basic quality checks and resolve supplier issues when needed.
