Responsibilities include resolving PO inquiries, supporting procurement teams, and identifying process gaps for continuous optimization. Strong ERP knowledge and customer service mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree with strong analytical ability.
• Experience driving process improvements beyond own area.
• 2+ years in procurement or similar roles.
• Customer service experience and strong communication.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
