Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Operations Sr Analyst to process purchase requests and convert them into POs, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

You will monitor SLA/KPI, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support data maintenance within ERP systems such as Oracle, Zip, Navan, and VNDLY. This on-site role is based in Quezon City with a night shift schedule and weekends off.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement.
• Individual Contributor role with process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Implements procure to pay actions as provided by leadership.
• Monitor and communicate best practices for clients throughout contract term.
• Develop and maintain skills to execute current responsibilities.

• Evaluate, approve/reject PRs per DTP; issue POs timely.
• Resolve post PO issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain procurement data in ERP systems; audit for discrepancies.
• Provide system support for procurement platforms and inquiries.

POSITION TITLE: Procurement Operations Sr Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE: Process purchase requests (PR) and convert to purchase orders (PO) in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client procurement/disbursement policies; Manage post POs issues with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders Ensure all SLA & KPI metrices are adhered to.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements procure to pay actions as provided by leadership


• Actively monitor and communicate leading practices, trends, etc. of assigned categories and processes for the clients throughout contract term; Lead process/es


• Develop and maintain skills needed to execute current responsibilities


• Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to more junior team members


• Ensure quality targets are achieved


• Generate and/or assist in Reporting Requirements for client meetings


• Well versed to execute the following activities daily:
  
  
  
  • Evaluating, and modifying according to guidance, and if warranted, approve/reject purchase requisition received as per approved DTP
  
  
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely issuance of Purchase Orders
  
  
  • Resolve post PO issues including supplier/invoicing-related issues and the like; Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for suppliers
  
  
  • Connect with requesters to resolve any and all PR=related issues
  
  
  • Maintain and update procurement data within purchasing, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Zip, Navan, VNDLY), ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly audit data for discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  
  
  • Provide system support for procurement platforms (e.g., Oracle, Zip) by troubleshooting issues and assisting with user inquiries related to procurement processes/systems.
  
  
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the procurement workflow, contributing ideas for increasing operational efficiency and accuracy.
