FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing and Order Management Specialist to manage online purchases with multiple vendors, track orders, and generate invoices. The role involves heavy Excel data management and strong customer service to respond to client inquiries and resolve vendor issues.

You will coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, maintain organized records, and adapt to client instructions to ensure timely delivery and accuracy across all processes.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and Order Management: handle online purchases with multiple vendors, ensure accuracy and timely orders.
• Order Tracking: monitor orders from placement to delivery and update statuses in real time.
• Invoice Creation: generate accurate invoices and maintain records for audits.
• Excel and Data Management: maintain purchase logs, update inventory reports, generate summaries.
• Customer Service: respond to client inquiries and liaise with vendors to resolve issues.
