Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Procure to Pay Ops Specialist to join our on-site team in Quezon City. The role emphasizes end-to-end process improvements, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering standardized, automated, and innovative PTP solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in PTP, 3 years in supervisory roles, and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Ariba or Coupa. Travel and expense knowledge is a hard requirement, with on-site work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Procure to Pay operations.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Ariba or Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to gather insights in day-to-day process operations to identify challenges and opportunities in order to standardize, improve, automate and/or innovate the (E2E) process.
• Follow up and monitor initiatives until completion including reporting to involve stakeholders.
• Estimates, tracks and reports on results of the initiatives.
