PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Location: Head Office - Malabon City
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials and equipment specific to restaurant operations.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to meet construction timelines and client requirements.
- Oversee procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with financial and project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction and restaurant operations projects.

- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment used in restaurant build-outs.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local regulations for construction and safety standards.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPP) is a plus.
