The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment parts, tools, supplies, and services required for company operations and project sites. The position ensures that all purchases are sourced at competitive prices, meet required quality standards, and are delivered on time while complying with company procurement procedures and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the construction, heavy equipment, engineering, or rental industry.
• Experience in sourcing construction materials, equipment spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local suppliers, construction materials, and heavy equipment parts is preferred.
• Must have strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple purchasing requirements simultaneously.
• Willing to coordinate with project sites, suppliers, and equipment yards.
• Willing to travel when necessary for supplier visits, canvassing, or site requirements.
