Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corporation seeks a Procurement Manager to supervise procurement staff and drive sourcing strategies for construction and real estate projects. You will coordinate supplier engagement, ensure compliant purchasing, and maintain thorough record-keeping across multiple ongoing initiatives.

The role requires 4-year education and procurement experience; preference given to candidates with engineering background and relevant industry insight.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in procurement management.
• Experience in processing purchase requisitions and orders.
• Preferably registered engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil.
• Experience in engineering materials/equipment sourcing and pricing.
• Experience in construction and real estate/properties industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With experience in an industry specializing in construction and real estate/properties.
• With knowledge of processing purchase requisitions and orders
