Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with corporate and retail objectives.
• Prepare annual procurement budgets and monitor spend against budgets.
• Identify and manage suppliers and contractors for construction and maintenance needs.
• Negotiate and secure contracts for goods and services including station components.
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle from requisition to PO and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement inventory management systems and coordinate with engineering for timely procurement.
• Review spend and identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.

Job description

Procurement Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with both corporateand retail objectives.
• Prepare annual procurement budgets, ensuring spending is aligned with corporate and project budgets

Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers and contractors forboth construction and ongoing maintenance needs.
• Negotiate and secure contracts for goods and services, including materialsfor new gasoline station builds (e.g., pumps, tanks, signage) and services forongoing maintenance (e.g., repair services, fuel management systems).
• Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries, quality standards,and compliance with contract terms.

Procurement Operations

• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle from requisition to purchase order,ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials for bothconstruction and maintenance projects.
• Process purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and manage anydiscrepancies between ordered and delivered materialsImplement efficient inventory management systems to track and manage allprocured materials
• Work closely with engineering department to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for both new stationconstruction and ongoing maintenance.

Cost Control and Budget Management

• Regularly review procurement spend and identify opportunities for costreduction while maintaining quality.
• Negotiate cost-saving terms with suppliers and contractors, includingdiscounts and favorable payment conditions.
• Ensure adherence to budget for both corporate procurement and retailconstruction/maintenance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of civil/mechanical engineering (underboard), orGraduate of Supply chain management or any 4-year business course
• With 5years experience in Managerial Role
