Job summary

3BAS Tigers Inc. is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and supplier management function in Metro Manila. You will drive purchasing activities, optimize costs, and align procurement with business goals, while building resilient supplier networks.

The role involves strategic negotiations, contract oversight, forecasting, budgeting, and guiding a growing procurement team to deliver value and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience with vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, procurement analytics, and cost optimization.
• Strong skills in supplier management, contract management, and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, contracts, sourcing, and supplier evaluation.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes and efficiency.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the procurement team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and business requirements.
• Manage supplier risks and ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
