Job summary

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills, with 1–2 years in supervision. You will optimize procurement processes, monitor performance, and drive cost savings while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, supplier performance, and inventory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor department performance.
