Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking a procurement professional to execute the established procurement process and drive business objectives. You will coordinate with stakeholders on specifications, delivery progress, and RFQ/RFP activities while sourcing, accrediting, and monitoring suppliers.

The role requires at least 5 years in procurement, strong strategic and analytical thinking, and excellent written and oral communications to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in Procurement.
• Good strategic and analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities to achieve the set key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on the specifications, procurement process and delivery progress of requirements.
• Perform RFI, RFQ/RFP, negotiation and logistics processes as required. Submit recommendation for approval.
• Source, qualify, accredit suppliers, and monitor performance.
• Determine, communicate, and monitor action plans when performance does not meet the set expectations.
• Monitor and report progress of assigned Procurement activities and deliverables.
• Ensure that issues encountered in the conduct of the activities are promptly addressed
• Perform other duties that may be essential to the achievement of the objectives.
