Job summary

You will source, accredit, and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings, and collaborate with Projects and Finance to align orders with construction schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders accurately and promptly based on approved requisitions and contracts, in line with SLAs.
• Source, accredit, and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with Projects to align orders with construction schedules, and with Finance/EO on budgets and strategic procurement decisions.
• Maintain organized procurement and inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Review supplier contracts for compliance with terms, conditions, and pricing agreements.
• Prepare and submit regular procurement status reports, including supplier performance and expenditures.
• Recommend and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain operations.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintaining transparency, fairness, and legal compliance.
