Job summary

Calamba Premiere International Park is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchases and supplier relations in its Laguna facilities. You will process requisitions, issue POs, gather supplier quotations, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery and quality materials.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and prepare POs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor POs for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability.
• Verify delivered quantities and quality against PO.
• Handle supplier concerns and discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
• Develop good supplier relationships and budget compliance.
