You will help ensure proper receipt and delivery of products, samples, and materials, and support logistics staff in stock reconciliation and shipping schedules.

The role also involves maintaining purchase records, conducting market research for better purchasing deals and vendors, and building cordial relations

Responsabilités

• Provides administrative support to the PPIC Supervisor.
• Assist the department with stock monitoring and warehouse inventory.
• Helps ensure the proper receipt and delivery of products, samples, and materials.
• Assist logistic staff in reconciling stock loans.
• Handles documentation, monitoring, and other administrative functions.
• Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
• Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors.
• Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities.
