Job summary

VoltHub Electronic Power Generation Services Corp. is seeking a procurement professional responsible for managing purchasing activities, inventory, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely materials availability.

The role supports warehouse procurement, prepares purchase orders, negotiates prices, and conducts supplier visits. A bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of procurement, purchasing, inventory, or related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledgeable in purchasing procedures, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and availability.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and other procurement documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct supplier and warehouse visits when necessary.
• Assist in evaluating suppliers and negotiating prices and terms.
• Prepare procurement proposals, reports, and presentations as needed.
