Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of construction materials, ready-mix concrete, or batching plant operations is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain accredited suppliers for raw materials, spare parts, fuel, and operational supplies.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and assist in price negotiations.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries with the batching plant, warehouse, and production teams.
• Verify delivered quantities, specifications, prices, and supporting documents.
• Perform 3-way matching of PO, Delivery Receipt, and Invoice before submission to Accounting.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stock shortages.
• Track PO and delivery status and follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier files, price lists, and reports.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and supplier performance monitoring.
