Job summary

fph is seeking a Procurement professional in Ortigas Center, Philippines, to lead demand planning, supplier management, and contract execution. The role emphasizes negotiation, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Contracts teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in supply chain/procurement, experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing and TCO, and are comfortable working onsite four days per week in Ortigas Center. MBA or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Law, Political Science, Stat, Economics, or related fields.
• MBA or Supply Chain certifications or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement operations.
• Experience in Vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) processes.
• Experience in contract management and procurement processes deployment.
• Amenable to work onsite four days per week in Ortigas Center.

Responsibilities

• Implements Demand Planning and Management Process to optimize value and minimize change orders.
• Reviews and validates commodity specs, SOW, performance terms and budgets.
• Negotiates purchases of materials/equipment and services not covered by contracts.
• Secures and analyzes bid quotations; endorses for technical evaluation.
• Prepares, issues, approves and endorses POs and contracts within spend thresholds.
• Monitors delivery and ensures proper documentation.
• Coordinates issue resolution for undelivered POs and related items.
• Collaborates with Legal on contract terms; negotiates terms with suppliers.
• Monitors supplier performance and provides input to Contracts Management.
• Utilizes vendor/service agreements to increase savings and future negotiating power.
• Maintains good relations with local and international vendors.
• Supports SLA achievement and KPI compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Continuously improves processes to reduce cycle time and improve customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
