Job summary

SMDC in Pasay City is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to manage the Job Order Portal, assess and assign vendors, and validate requests against approved rates. You will monitor Job Orders and Purchase Orders, oversee item releases per property, and ensure COCA closeouts are completed efficiently.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in quality estimates and condominium construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• 1 year work experience related to Quality Estimates and Construction of Condominium Units; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
• Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Organized, hardworking, team oriented, and can work under minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• System administrator of Job Order Portal
• Assessment and Assignment of Vendors
• Review and Validation of Request Rectification Form (RRF) based on approved rates
• Monitoring of Job Order and Purchase Order release
• Monitoring of Job Order items release per property
• Monitoring of Purchase Order release limited to postcon and handyman per property
• Close out of Job Order items thru COCA release
• Monitor and update capacity of handyman contractors/suppliers and its handyman approved rates
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
