Job summary

Job description

Manage the following, as well as the other duties deemed necessary or as required by the Principals, to accomplish work-related deliverables:

• Technical (MEPF), safety, technical contracts, LGU permits, audit findings, and daily M&E matters of the building's operations.
• Prepares the manpower monthly schedule and submits the same to the Chief Engineer.
• Supervises technical works being undertaken by technicians and duly appointed contractors.
• Provides innovative ideas that would benefit the daily operation of the Building Administration Team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of related work experience in property management.
• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Building's CSA and MEPF, Safety & Health, Security Procedures, Projects, and Tenant Fit-Out Management.
• Candidates must be willing to work on‑site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
