Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.

• Willing to be assigned in BGC.

The Procurement Specialist shall be responsible for handling the process from conducting market research to evaluating record performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfill Purchase Requests from internal customers in a timely manner.
• Conduct market research and identify accurate records on potential suppliers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
• Evaluate possible cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations on supply chain management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Oversee contracts with suppliers and keep track of their performance.
• Determine suitable pricing for products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
• Being a licensed engineer is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain preferably in Construction
• With at least more than 3 years of experience at a Supervisory level
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good time management skills
