China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd Philippine Branch - Main Office is hiring a procurement specialist to handle construction material sourcing, bid management for subcontractors, and supplier evaluation. The role requires knowledge of building codes and safety regulations, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and readiness to work on High Rise projects in Pasay.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience and can start immediately, with duties including data entry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in construction material procurement and subcontractor bidding.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with High Rise Projects.
• Willing to be assigned to Gil Puyat, Pasay.
• Immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Procure construction materials and manage supplier bids.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding and procurement processes.
• Evaluate suppliers and perform sourcing activities.
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiar with High Rise project procurement.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course.

• Preferably focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• At least 1–3 years of experiences of construction material procurement and subcontractor bidding management.

• A thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry advancements.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Familiarity with purchasing processes, sourcing, and supplier evaluation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Background in High Rise Projects.

• Willing to assign in Gil Puyat, Pasay.

• Can start immediately.
