Job summary

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. (LEI) is seeking Procurement Engineers, preferably Mechanical Engineers, to secure timely and cost-effective materials and equipment for water infrastructure projects across Greater Metro Manila. You will ensure items meet project specs and support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities include supplier negotiation, documentation, and coordinating with project teams to avoid delays while visiting sites as required. On-site work setup is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• On-site work and site visits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Warehouse Team to monitor material availability and prevent delays.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and address any quality issues/discrepancies.

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water.

About the Job:

We are looking for Procurement Engineers, preferably Mechanical Engineers, who can ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality construction materials and equipment. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and coordination skills to ensure that all procured items meet project specifications and support the smooth execution of our ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects.

About the Role

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Amenable to a full on-site work setup and willing to visit project sites when required
