Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Engineer based in Makati City to evaluate and select qualified vendors offering competitive prices for requested goods. You will review requisitions, negotiate cost proposals, and prepare cost evaluations for top management approval.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3–5 years of procurement experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Filipino. Office-based position in Makati.

About the role

The Procurement Engineer is responsible for the evaluation, selection, monitoring of performance or delivery, and re-evaluation of the best qualified vendor with the most competitive price to provide the requested goods.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluation of requisition such as review of plan, quantities, and specifications of scope of work before sending to accredited subcontractors
• Request and negotiate cost proposal from the subcontractor
• Prepare cost evaluation for approval of Top management
• Process work order and subcontractor agreement
• Prepare payment request and review progress billing for recommendation of payment
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor's work performance and establish project timeline
• Source and accredit reliable subcontractors

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Procurement
