Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Delivery Specialist to oversee general and logistics procurement, monitor order status, and coordinate receipt and acceptance.

You will support internal departments, maintain documentation, track purchase orders, prepare monthly reports, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and promote process improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Coordination: Oversee general and logistics procurement requirements, monitor order delivery status, and coordinate order receipt and acceptance.
• Internal Support: Respond promptly to procurement-related inquiries from other departments and provide timely assistance on procurement processes and requirements.
• Documentation Management: Assist internal departments in preparing accurate, complete, and high-quality procurement application and acceptance documents.
• Purchase Order Tracking: Monitor purchase order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify, clarify, and resolve delivery issues or exceptions.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly procurement performance reports, including risk assessments, compliance testing, and the implementation of improvement plans.
• Process Communication: Regularly communicate and promote awareness of relevant procurement policies, procedures, and process updates.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other procurement-related duties and tasks as assigned.
