Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Procurement Staff to support sourcing, quotations, requisitions, and supplier performance at our Pasig City location.

This contract-based role covers purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory checks, and compliance with policies, with a Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The ideal candidate holds a business or supply chain degree, 1–2 years procurement experience, strong negotiation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 1–2 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably corporate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with procurement software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with good record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in supplier sourcing and obtaining competitive quotations.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and performance.
• Inspect delivered items for accuracy and compliance with specs.
• Coordinate with suppliers on after-sales, deliveries, returns, warranties.
• Assist in physical IT and non-IT asset inventory.
