Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, SCM, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years procurement experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and governance.
• Experience with ERP procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition through purchase order issuance, delivery, receipt, and close-out.
• Review purchase requisitions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Source quotations from approved suppliers and conduct market comparisons for value.
• Support commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Raise, manage, and monitor Purchase Orders using the ERP system.
• Track supplier progress and expedite critical procurement activities.
• Coordinate PO amendments and ensure procurement documentation is accurate.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight providers, and service vendors.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance monitoring.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, invoicing, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics including shipment scheduling, freight, customs, import, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations to monitor inventory and replenishment planning.
• Assist Finance by matching POs, invoices, and goods receipt documents.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and cost efficiency.
