Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Material Planning, Procurement, or Logistics is preferred but not required (<1 year is fine).
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis capability.
• Understanding of supply and demand concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and update delivery commits of open purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers on critical and overdue orders.
• Manage shipment discrepancies such as short shipments or price parity; escalate issues as needed.
• Track and communicate material availability updates to internal teams.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain ERP system updates for delivery dates, order status, and supplier parameters.
