Qualifications

• Five or more years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations or material control.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitting, material control, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and production coordination to ensure efficient material flow.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet production and inventory needs.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance; provide coaching and development.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper material handling, storage, and issuance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability for production.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions; maintain records and reports.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of material center personnel.
• Support safety, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
