Job summary

Flash Cargo Logistics Network Inc. is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Coordinator in the Philippines to manage procurement activities and maintain the company’s asset database. You will handle purchase orders, price quotes, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of equipment and consumables.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to verify asset records, serial numbers, and locations. Previous inventory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course or relevant field.
• 1-2 years experience in inventory, marketing or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventories for all equipment and supplies, including location, asset tag and serial numbers.
• Receive and tag equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Create purchase order requisitions and process vendor quotes.
• Research products and specifications; prepare evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery and replacement of assets.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors for purchases and services.
• Maintain appropriate levels of consumables and asset tracking.
• Prepare accountability agreements for company property issued to employees.

About the role

Responsible for any procurement activities, monitoring and maintaining data base of company consumable supplies and asset.

Key responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining inventories for all equipment and supplies including location, asset tag number serial number make and model of equipment.

• Receiving and tagging equipment.

• Create all purchase order requisition.

• Research products and equipment; prepare product/equipment specifications.

• Provide pricing quotes and preparing from different suppliers for new asset purchase.

• Negotiate with vendors for the best price over contracted services and purchases.

• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery of purchased items.

• Responsible for shipping defective equipment to vendor and arranging replacement.

• Maintain appropriate level of consumables.

• Prepare accountability agreement for all company property released to employee.

About you

• Graduate of any four-year course, or relevant field.

• Preferably 1-2 years experienced inventory, marketing or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills.
