Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a PTP Practitioner to support end-to-end accounts payable processes, including vendor master data, invoice receipt, processing, and payments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate processing and compliance with client procedures.

In this role you will handle queries, reconciliations, month-end closing, travel and expenses, and reporting/ analytics, helping IBM maintain high service levels for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses.
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles.
• Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle PTP tasks including Vendor Master data, invoice receipt, processing, and payments.
• Manage query handling, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Support travel and expenses processing and reporting/ analytics.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet SLAs/OLAs.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures and guidelines.
