Overview: We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team at Furukawa Thermal Laguna. The Process Technician will play a crucial role in analyzing manufacturing defects, documenting manufacturing processes, and creating detailed drawings to support production activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Defect Analysis:

Conduct thorough defect analysis on manufactured products to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Maintain detailed records of defect analysis findings and recommend process improvements as necessary.

Process Mapping:

Utilize process mapping techniques to document current manufacturing processes and identify areas for optimization.

Work closely with process engineers and production teams to develop accurate process maps that highlight workflow, inputs, outputs, and critical control points.

Continuously update process maps to reflect changes and improvements in manufacturing processes.

Drawing:

Create detailed drawings and schematics of manufacturing components, equipment, and systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Review and interpret engineering drawings to support production activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
