The Process Technician is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Production Operation and Process Engineer.

• Analyzes, designs, and optimizes production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develops and implements process improvements aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC).
• Troubleshoots process issues and provides technical support to production teams.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (quality, design, operations) to ensure manufacturability.
• Documents workflows, procedures, and technical standards for shop‑floor adoption.
• Monitors process performance using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Supports new product introduction (NPI) by validating processes and equipment.

Must Have

• Completed Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering, or related field
• Knowledgeable in a PCBA manufacturing environment and equipment, machine repair and maintenance
